Key Sections

1. Professional Ethics

  • Core Principles:

    • Integrity: Uphold honesty, transparency, and scriptural principles in all interactions.

    • Respect: Treat all clients with dignity, regardless of their background or spiritual maturity.

  • Guidelines:

    • Avoid dual relationships (e.g., counseling someone with whom there is a personal, financial, or familial relationship) to maintain objectivity.

    • Prevent conflicts of interest by prioritizing client welfare over personal gain.

    • Ensure sessions are conducted in a private and respectful environment, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

2. Non-Compete Agreement

  • Platform Exclusivity:

    • Counselors agree not to offer services that directly compete with the platform while actively engaged with it.

    • Counselors may not use client connections made through the platform to solicit off-platform services.

  • Escalation Policy:

    • Complex cases requiring specialized deliverance must be referred to designated platform deliverers.

    • Counselors are encouraged to collaborate within the platform’s guidelines to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

3. Violation Penalties

    • Any breach of client confidentiality will result in:

      • Immediate suspension of account access.

      • Potential legal action based on the severity of the breach.

  • Ethics Violations:

    • Misconduct, including inappropriate behavior or failure to disclose conflicts of interest, will trigger:

      • Written warnings (for minor offenses).

      • Temporary or permanent account deactivation (for severe or repeated offenses).

  • Non-Compete Breaches:

    • Soliciting clients or offering off-platform competing services may result in:

      • Revocation of platform privileges.

      • Financial penalties, if applicable.

Enforcement and Compliance

  1. Acknowledgment of Agreement:

    • Counselors must digitally sign and agree to all terms before activating their accounts.

  2. Monitoring and Reporting:

    • The platform will provide a confidential reporting mechanism for clients or other counselors to report potential violations.

  3. Periodic Reviews:

    • Counselors will undergo periodic evaluations to ensure ongoing adherence to the platform’s rules and values.

Future Considerations
