Welcome, Counselors, to the Jesus Network Counseling and Deliverance Division

As a counselor within the Jesus Network, you are answering a sacred calling to guide others toward freedom, healing, and restoration through Christ. Your role is not just to provide solutions but to empower recipients with a renewed faith in God’s power and blessings over their lives. This is a divine mission, and you are an essential part of it.

Your Commitment as a Counselor

Being a counselor is more than a role; it is a covenant of trust and service. To fulfill this sacred calling, you must:

1. Walk in Integrity

  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in your interactions.

  • Guard the privacy of recipients, keeping their matters confidential, even from your spouse or close acquaintances.

  • Scriptural Basis: “Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me” (Matthew 10:37).

2. Trust God’s Power

  • Rely on the Holy Spirit to guide each session and to work through you as an instrument of His will.

3. Stay Rooted in Scripture

  • Let God’s Word be your foundation and authority. Always anchor your guidance in biblical truth.

4. Live as an Example

  • Reflect Christ’s love, freedom, and blessings in your own life. Your testimony is a powerful tool for inspiring and guiding others.

5. Take Responsibility

  • If a recipient expresses distrust, account for yourself. Reflect on whether you have been careless in discussing their matters. Remember, careless words can damage trust, and your role is to build and safeguard it.

6. Guard Confidentiality with Discipline

  • Avoid discussing sensitive matters freely, even within close relationships. The Bible emphasizes putting Jesus at the center and leaving everything else behind for His sake. Careless disclosures can undermine trust and compromise your role as a counselor.

  • Reminder: “Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me” (Matthew 10:38).

Specialized Head Deliverers and Anointing with Oil

Each area of need has a dedicated Head Deliverer, who specializes in delivering freedom and restoration through anointing with oil. These deliverers are exclusively assigned to their specific category, ensuring focused and effective ministry.

How It Works

  1. Identifying the Issue:

    • During your counseling session, listen carefully to uncover the root cause of the recipient’s struggle.

    • When a specific issue is identified (e.g., financial struggles, physical healing, spiritual oppression), inform the Head Deliverer assigned to that category.

  2. Role of the Head Deliverer:

    • The Head Deliverer, acting as the anointer, prays over and anoints the recipient with oil, focusing on breaking strongholds and restoring balance.

    • The oil represents the Holy Spirit’s power, sanctification, and healing, as exemplified in James 5:14: “Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord.”

  3. Encourage Faithful Practices:

    • Remind recipients of the importance of living in faith after receiving their blessing.

    • Encourage them to honor God by tithing to their local church and supporting the Jesus Network platform, as a reflection of gratitude and stewardship.

Praying in Victory: Receiving vs. Begging

As a counselor, it is your responsibility to teach recipients the difference between praying in receiving mode versus begging mode:

1. Receiving Mode:

  • Prayers reflect confidence in God’s promises.

  • Example: “Thank You, Lord, for Your peace that surpasses all understanding. I receive it now in Jesus’ name.”

2. Begging Mode:

  • Prayers often reflect doubt or desperation.

  • Example: “Please, God, take away my fear.”

Teach recipients to:

  • Speak with Authority: Declare God’s promises as already fulfilled.

  • Align with Scripture: Anchor their prayers in verses like Isaiah 53:5 (“By His stripes, we are healed”).

  • Believe They Have Received: Encourage faith in God’s completed work through Christ.

Affirmations of Faith and Victory

Before concluding each session, guide recipients through affirmations that declare God’s promises over their lives:

  • “I am free in Christ and walk in His blessings (Galatians 3:13).”

  • “I am a new creation in Christ; the old has gone, and the new is here (2 Corinthians 5:17).”

  • “No weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).”

  • “I receive every spiritual blessing in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).”

Encourage recipients to live in victory, knowing that their blessings have been paid for by Christ’s finished work on the cross.

Post-Session Guidance and Support

  1. Review Training Archives:

    • Continuously improve your skills by revisiting the training archives. Edit names and sensitive details out of recordings to ensure privacy.

  2. Confidentiality:

    • Guard recipients’ information with care. Avoid discussing their matters freely, even with close relationships. Remember, careless words can erode trust.

  3. Accountability:

    • Take responsibility for any breakdown in trust. Reflect on your actions and ensure your integrity aligns with God’s standards.

  4. Encourage Stewardship:

    • Remind recipients of the importance of tithing to their local church and supporting the Jesus Network as an act of faith and gratitude.

Closing Encouragement

As a counselor, you are a vessel of God’s love and power, called to bring healing, deliverance, and restoration. Your work is a reflection of Luke 4:18:

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because He has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free.”

Step boldly into your purpose, knowing that Christ works through you to transform lives and lead others to victory.
