The platform does not provide liability insurance for personal vehicles; drivers must carry their own insurance policies. In the event of an accident or damage during delivery, drivers are personally liable and responsible for any claims arising from the incident.

Privacy Policy

The platform takes privacy seriously and is committed to protecting driver data. All personal information is stored securely and used only for operational purposes, such as scheduling, earnings, and background checks. We do not share or sell driver data, and drivers can review our complete privacy policy in the app.

State-Specific TOS

Each state may have specific regulations that apply to delivery services. We comply with all local laws, and drivers are expected to adhere to state-specific terms. These requirements are outlined in the TOS and will be updated to reflect any changes in state regulations.
