Our goal is to make the application process as smooth and quick as possible, so you can get on the road and start contributing to your community. If you have any questions during the process, our support team is here to help. Driver Requirements

  1. Documentation: Next, we’ll need a few important documents to ensure that you meet our eligibility requirements. Please have the following ready:

    • A valid driver’s license

    • Proof of vehicle insurance and registration (for car deliveries)

    • Government-issued ID to confirm your age and identity

  2. Online Application: Begin by filling out a quick online application on our website. This will include some basic information about you, such as your contact details, availability, and any previous delivery or driving experience.

  3. Eligibility

    • To join our team as a delivery driver, applicants must meet a few essential eligibility requirements to ensure safety and reliability for our customers. All drivers must be of legal working age and hold a valid driver’s license. Additionally, drivers need to provide proof of vehicle insurance and registration if delivering by car, as these are required to ensure compliance with state and company regulations.

    • We prioritize individuals who are responsible, have a positive attitude, and are committed to providing quality service. Experience in delivery or customer service is a plus, but we welcome those new to the field as well. Flexibility is key to our service, so drivers are encouraged to have availability that includes peak hours, weekends, and evenings if possible. This flexibility helps drivers maximize their earning potential while meeting community needs.

  4. Background Check

    • For the safety of our customers and drivers, we require all applicants to complete a background check as part of the hiring process. The background check reviews driving records, criminal history, and any other safety considerations to ensure a safe and responsible team.

    • This process typically takes 3-5 business days. We partner with certified third-party providers to ensure a fair and thorough review. Applicants will be notified once the background check is complete, and if approved, they will proceed to the training phase. This step is essential to maintain a trustworthy and professional delivery network for our community.

  5. Training & Certification

    • Training and Orientation: Once you’ve passed the background check, you’ll receive a brief training session to familiarize you with our platform and delivery guidelines. Training covers essential areas like customer service, safe delivery practices, and best practices for handling orders. This is also a great time to ask any questions you might have about the job.

    • Before starting, all approved drivers undergo a brief training session to help them succeed on our platform.     • Drivers will also receive training on using the platform’s app, including how to accept orders, track deliveries, and report any issues that may arise during a delivery. Certification upon completion of training ensures that all drivers are fully prepared to deliver safely, responsibly, and professionally.

  6. Approval and Getting Started: After completing the training, you’ll receive an approval email confirming your status as an active driver on the platform. Once approved, you’ll be able to log in, select available deliveries, and start earning right away!
