Bike Delivery Service Waiver and Release of Liability

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participating in bike delivery services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Accidents with vehicles, pedestrians, and other cyclists.

• Hazards such as potholes, debris, and adverse weather conditions.

• Physical exertion and strain from biking and carrying heavy items. I acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for any personal injury, damage to property, or other harm that may result from my participation in this work.

2. Personal Responsibility
I agree to adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations provided by the delivery platform, including:

• Wearing appropriate safety gear (helmet, reflective clothing, knee and elbow pads).

• Following all traffic laws, using hand signals, and respecting bike lanes.

• Maintaining my bike in safe working condition. I understand that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in suspension from the platform.

3. Waiver of Liability
I, for myself and my heirs, representatives, and assigns, hereby waive and release the delivery platform, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from my participation as a bike delivery provider. This waiver covers both known and unknown risks associated with delivery activities.

4. Insurance and Medical Expenses
I understand that the delivery platform does not provide medical, personal injury, or liability insurance for bikers. In case of injury or accident, I am responsible for any and all related medical expenses.

5. Agreement to Platform Policies
I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the platform’s Terms of Service, safety policies, and all relevant guidelines. I acknowledge that failure to uphold these policies may result in termination of my role as a delivery provider.

6. Consent for Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the platform to take any reasonable measures to ensure my safety, which may include contacting emergency services if necessary.
