Waiver of Liability

By using RideFaith, you acknowledge and accept the following terms regarding the limitations of RideFaith’s liability:

1. Assumption of Risk

  • Inherent Risks of Transportation: RideFaith provides transportation and delivery services through a network of independent drivers. While we take measures to ensure a safe experience, passengers accept the inherent risks associated with ridesharing and delivery, including potential delays, vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or unforeseen incidents beyond RideFaith’s control.

  • Acceptance of Driver Autonomy: RideFaith drivers are independent contractors, not employees, and as such, RideFaith is not liable for their individual actions, behavior, or decisions during the course of a ride or delivery. Passengers agree to exercise discretion and judgment when interacting with drivers.

2. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Interruptions and Technical Issues: RideFaith is not responsible for interruptions or technical issues that may affect service availability, including but not limited to app errors, GPS failures, or connectivity issues. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical problems, but users waive the right to hold RideFaith liable for these disruptions.

  • Third-Party Involvement: RideFaith may use third-party vendors to process payments, provide analytics, or manage other operational aspects. While we work with reputable providers, RideFaith is not responsible for the actions, errors, or security of these third-party vendors.

3. Waiver of Claims

  • Personal Injuries and Property Damage: Passengers agree that RideFaith is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other losses incurred during or resulting from rides or deliveries, except in cases where such damages are directly attributable to gross negligence by RideFaith.

  • Lost or Stolen Items: RideFaith is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in vehicles. Passengers are encouraged to check for belongings before exiting the vehicle.

4. Agreement to Release RideFaith from Liability

  • By using our services, you agree to release, waive, and discharge RideFaith, its affiliates, employees, and independent contractors from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of our platform, except where prohibited by applicable law.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, users agree to first attempt to resolve the issue directly with RideFaith’s support team. If resolution is not reached, users may pursue further steps as permitted under applicable law.

6. Acknowledgment

  • By accessing and using the RideFaith platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver of liability. Your continued use of our services serves as a binding acknowledgment of these terms.
