  • Account Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. This includes full name, contact information, and payment details. It is the user's responsibility to keep this information secure and up-to-date.

  • Community Standards: We expect users to treat each other with respect. RideFaith promotes a positive community experience, and we ask that all passengers and drivers adhere to our guidelines for respectful and courteous behavior.

  • Compliance with Local Laws: Users must adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding transportation and safety. RideFaith does not assume responsibility for violations of local regulations by users or drivers.

  • Responsible Usage: Users agree to make service requests for legitimate needs only and to maintain a safe environment for both themselves and others during rides and service interactions.

2. Service Policies

  • Booking and Cancellation: Users should review and understand our cancellation policies prior to making a booking. Cancellations may incur fees, especially if a driver has already been dispatched.

  • Service Limitations: RideFaith reserves the right to refuse service for any activities that violate these terms or community standards. In cases of misuse or abuse of our services, RideFaith may terminate accounts and take necessary actions.

  • Non-Compete Agreement: Users, drivers, and affiliates agree not to promote competing services or engage in activities that could undermine RideFaith’s mission or community focus. This includes prohibitions on using RideFaith’s platform to solicit users for competing platforms.

  • Service Availability: While we strive to ensure continuous access, service availability may be affected by external factors beyond RideFaith’s control, including weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen events. RideFaith does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

3. Safety Standards

  • Driver Background Checks: All drivers undergo background checks and vehicle inspections to ensure a high level of safety. Only qualified drivers are permitted to operate under the RideFaith platform.

  • Passenger and Driver Responsibilities: Both passengers and drivers are expected to act responsibly and follow safety protocols. Drivers must follow traffic laws and maintain a clean, safe vehicle environment. Passengers must wear seatbelts and adhere to other safety guidelines.
