Non-Compete Clause

1. Agreement to Non-Competition
By using RideFaith, all drivers, passengers, affiliates, and partners agree not to engage in activities that promote competing services or platforms within the RideFaith network. This includes refraining from any direct or indirect activities that could harm the platform’s business or community.

2. Restricted Activities

• Solicitation of RideFaith Users: Users agree not to solicit RideFaith drivers or passengers for competing rideshare or delivery services, whether in person, through digital communication, or by sharing links and promotional content on the RideFaith platform.

• Promotion of Competing Services: Posting advertisements, endorsements, or links to competing services (including other rideshare, delivery, or courier services) on the RideFaith platform is strictly prohibited.

• Use of Proprietary Information: Any confidential or proprietary information acquired through RideFaith, including user data, business practices, or internal communications, may not be used to benefit any competing service.

3. Duration of Non-Compete
This non-compete agreement remains in effect while users are actively engaged with the RideFaith platform, and for a period of [insert applicable time, e.g., 6 months to 1 year] following the end of their participation in the RideFaith network. During this time, users agree not to leverage their experiences or connections made on RideFaith for competitive purposes.

4. Enforcement and Remedies
