By using our grocery delivery service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read these terms carefully; if you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

We provide grocery delivery services to the addresses specified by you during order placement. Delivery is available only in designated service areas and may be limited to specific times and days.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place orders independently.

  • Users under 18 require parental permission and supervision.

  • By using our service, you confirm that you are eligible to receive deliveries as per applicable local laws.

4. Placing Orders

  • Orders must be placed through our official platform, providing accurate and complete information, including address, contact details, and any specific delivery instructions.

  • Changes to orders may not be possible once they are confirmed, so please review your order carefully before submission.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing for groceries and delivery fees will be displayed at the time of order placement. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made at the time of order placement through our accepted payment methods.

  • All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may be provided only in cases of error or quality issues.

6. Delivery Times and Conditions

  • Deliveries will occur within a specified time window, subject to factors like weather, traffic, and demand.

  • In case of adverse conditions (e.g., heavy rain), delivery may be postponed or canceled. Only car deliveries are available during rain.

  • If the grocery order exceeds one bag, car delivery is required, and additional fees may apply.

7. Receiving Deliveries

  • You must be present at the delivery location within the scheduled window. Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.

  • If an adult or responsible party is unavailable to receive the delivery, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, with any fees borne by the customer.

8. Delivery and Quality Assurance

  • Our delivery team strives to ensure groceries arrive in the condition they left the store. If an item is missing or damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours for assistance.

  • We are not responsible for delays or quality issues resulting from events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or unexpected store closures.

9. Chaperone Requirements for Teen Delivery

  • In specific circumstances, teens may deliver groceries under supervision or with a chaperone. All personnel, including chaperones, are vetted for safety and reliability.

  • Chaperones are present to supervise and ensure safety, but customers may not request personal details about chaperones or teens involved in the delivery.

10. Limitations and Restrictions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these terms or engages in behavior that may jeopardize the safety and well-being of our team.

  • Certain items may be restricted from delivery due to legal, safety, or serviceability reasons.

11. Privacy and Data Use

  • We prioritize customer privacy and handle personal information per our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
