3. Account Deactivation for Policy Violations

• Enforcement: Any D.S. team members or customers found engaging in transactions outside the platform, whether arranging additional services or avoiding platform fees, may be subject to immediate account suspension or deactivation.

4. Dispute Resolution and Limited Liability

• Platform-Based Support: Our support team is available to mediate and resolve disputes only for transactions completed within the platform. Unauthorized transactions are outside our scope of responsibility, and we will not offer support or mediation for issues arising from such interactions.

• Limited Liability: Our platform is not liable for damages, losses, or incidents that occur due to actions outside the platform, whether by team members, customers, or third parties.

5. Compliance with Community Guidelines

• Adherence to Guidelines: All users, including D.S. team members, must follow our community guidelines, which promote safety, quality, and trust on our platform. Any deviations from these guidelines, including conducting unauthorized transactions, can lead to account penalties.
