Our delivery team is trained extensively to prioritize safety on every ride. Adverse weather can present challenges for bike deliveries, and safety remains our top priority. During extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain, snow, or high winds, deliveries may be delayed or adjusted to protect the safety of our riders. We monitor weather forecasts closely and communicate with customers when weather may impact delivery times, providing updates on expected delays to ensure clear expectations. In certain severe conditions, such as thunderstorms or icy roads, deliveries may be temporarily suspended until conditions improve.

Our riders are also trained to handle moderate weather changes with the right equipment, including waterproof bags, rain gear, and anti-slip footwear. If weather conditions worsen unexpectedly mid-delivery, riders are encouraged to find a safe shelter and resume only when it’s safe. We prioritize the safety of both our riders and our deliveries, ensuring that all orders are managed responsibly during challenging weather conditions.
