  1. What are your delivery times?
    Delivery times vary by distance and demand, but most orders arrive within 30 minutes for standard delivery and 15 minutes for express delivery.

  2. What areas do you deliver to?
    We currently deliver within a 5-mile radius of our central hub. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this range.

  3. How much does delivery cost?
    Standard delivery starts at $5 within 3 miles, with an additional $1 per mile beyond that. Express delivery is available for an extra $3.

  4. Can I track my delivery?
    Yes, once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

  5. What happens if the weather is bad?
    For safety, deliveries may be delayed or paused during extreme weather conditions. We’ll keep you updated with any changes to your delivery time.
