3. Release of Liability

    • Property Damage: Any incidental or accidental damage to property during service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by [Platform Name] Home Care staff.

    • Personal Injury: Any injuries incurred by the Customer, household members, pets, or others present on the property during the service.

    • Product Sensitivities: While [Platform Name] Home Care uses eco-friendly, non-toxic products, the Company is not liable for any adverse reactions unless specific sensitivities are communicated in advance.

4. No Guarantee of Results

5. Customer Responsibilities and Home Preparation

  • Preparation of the Home: The Customer is responsible for preparing the service areas by securing any valuables, fragile items, or personal belongings. This helps ensure that services are performed effectively and safely.

  • Pets and Safety Precautions: The Customer must inform [Platform Name] Home Care of any pets on the property and provide safety instructions. The Company is not liable for incidents involving pets if adequate precautions were not communicated.

  • Hazard Disclosure: The Customer agrees to disclose any hazardous conditions within the home that could affect the safety of team members.

6. Indemnification

  • The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless [Platform Name] Home Care, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

    • Failure to comply with safety instructions or preparation guidelines.

    • Any claims by third parties present on the property during the service.
