2. Payment Policies: Clients agree to the selected payment structure at booking—either full payment upfront or the 50/50 split option. Refunds or adjustments are processed in cases of unsatisfactory service following a review of the experience.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments within the guidelines provided at the time of booking. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee to fairly compensate service providers for time reserved.

4. Code of Conduct: All interactions within our platform must be respectful, with no harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory behavior. This applies to both clients and service providers, fostering a safe and positive environment.

5. Liability & Safety: While we ensure professionals meet high standards of skill and professionalism, clients acknowledge that all services are performed at their discretion. Safety is our priority, and all professionals are carefully vetted, but personal discretion is advised.

6. Review & Feedback: We encourage clients to leave honest feedback after each service to help us maintain a high standard of quality. Reviews should be respectful, constructive, and reflect genuine experiences.
